Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or money back on all items purchased.
Received a faulty item?
We are committed to customer satisfaction and really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or damaged item, please get in touch with us within 10 days of the delivery date. We will will do our best to resolve that matter as quickly as possible.Â
In the event that you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately with the following information:
• Your order number/date
• Which item(s) is/ are damaged
• Photographic evidence and description
Please do not send back the damaged goods, unless advised by us. Unless proof of damage has been verified by us, we cannot action a replacement.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for any other reasons.
