Disputes

In the event of any claim, matter or dispute that arises between you and Skincare.mu occurring with or in connection with your use of this Website, this must be raised with our Customer Services department. Both parties shall first strive to amicably resolve the claim, matter or dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of the conditions, failure of which, the claim, matter or dispute will be resolved in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure of the Republic of Mauritius.
